In 2007 a Compact Crossover SUV was unveiled, the Tiguan, manufactured by Volkswagen. It is available in either a 1.4 or 2 Litre petrol engine or a 2 Litre Diesel, with 6 speed manual or automatic transmission. The new SUV recieved a 5 star rating in the Euro NCAP tests for safety.
