The Outback, manufactured by Japanese Car Company Subaru, has been available since 1995 as a hatchback or a sedan. To date there has been 4 generations of the car in production however a fifth generation is scheduled to begin production in 2010. The current model, available since 2003, has a 2.0L, 2.5L or 3.0L engine and a choice of manual or automatic transmission.
