The BMW M6 originated when the Motorsport division of the German manufacturer took the M1 engine and placed it in the E24 chassis. In 2004 the second generation was unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show. Pumping out an impressive 399 HP the new M6 can do 0-60 mph in 4.1 seconds while its driver sits in a luxury interior encased in a chassis mainly built from aluminium and carbon fibre.
