The new BMW 1 Series M Coupe - named to avoid confusion with the original BMW M1 - is the high-performance version of the BMW 1 Series coupe and the entry level offering in BMW's M car range. Powered by a 3.0 litre engine, the small BMW can hit 155mph and has been a hugely popular addition to the M line-up. However, a price of more than £40,000 makes it a whopping £9,000 more than the most expensive version of the 1 Series Coupe.
